Okay, we’re running late.

We made a big push to get the December MyGirlFund Tumblr Contests judged and prizes handed out before X-mas and then we got a little lazy. We were able to kiss 2011 goodbye with our final winner of the year – Zoe. But now it’s 2012, and although the world is likely going to end this year, we plan to go out with a big, sexy, MGF bang by running the Tumblr contest all year, though if the planet explodes or the magnetic fields switch poles destroying all modern technology, we make no promise that the winner that week will get paid.

So to catch up we’re going to start with week 1 of 2012, which was through the 6th of January. As usual there were a few runner ups. This week I honestly think the voting was 100% spot on, the best pic definitely won. And, as usual the runners up were previous week’s winners, as I think there are a few girls who have this contest on lock and are a threat to win every week (I’m talking to you Alexxx, Mary Jane and Amira).

So, honorable mentions:

Third runner up is Barbidoll. One, guys love the tats; two, guys love little pink panties; three, guys love blondes.

Second runner up is Miss Emily. Same reasons as above, just change pink panties to blue panties and blondes to brunettes.

Runner up is Mary Jane because, well, boobs and bongs, der.

Last winner of 2011!

Well, 25 weeks in and we’re still going strong over at Tumblr. Maybe it’s time for a quick update on the reason for the contest before we announce this week’s winner. The idea is simply for the girls of MGF to show off quirky, fun, sexy photographs and to share them. At the end of the week we pick a couple of finalists and then vote on a winner, the winner gets $100 cash. Since all of the girls on MGF are quirky, fun and sexy and since they all have photographs, it’s an easy win for almost any girl.

So that said, who took home the grand prize this week? Well as usual there were a couple of finalists. This week we were pretty close to giving the prize to Kaylie:

Her stuff is always good, and usually very fun.

Stitches is always a threat to win, she lives some kind of crazy life and always seems to have a camera around to capture it, for example:

Normally we go for candid shots, action. Profile pictures never win, self shot pics almost ALWAYS win, but this week? Zoe, winner, cash.

Back from X-mas, New Year with prizes.

While we took a short break in judging to welcome Santa and Baby New Year, the $100 MyGirlFund Tumblr contest never stopped and right about now it’s time to announce some winners.

We got caught up on old business the week before the holidays when we announced the last few winners in quick succession. Our latest one was Kawaii who took home the grand prize for week 23 (10-16 December.)

That brings us to week 24, which was pretty hectic and probably had the most entries so far.

We got a great pic from Kawaii, seems like she was going for two weeks in a row!

Another finalist was a girl who has been on MGF for a while but is new to this particular contest, Fuhrer Blue:

Tumblr Numblr 23 winner!

Well it was bound to happen! After 3 weeks of solid submissions and a record 3 runner-up spots in a row, this week’s winner was a no brainer for us: Kawaii. Her photos are all very good: fun, flirty, arty, sexy. Basically all of the things we were looking for when we started the contest. The only reason she hasn’t won three weeks in a row is that other girls really stepped up their game lately. Had Kawaii started submitting her pics in week 10, she’d certainly have won 2-3 week sin a row, I’d wager!

Fortunately for us, and the girls who took home the prize money in those weeks, Kawaii doesn’t have a time machine (we hope!) so the results stand. Here’s her winning pic for December 10-16:

As for runners up this week, a close second was Barbidoll with her tan lined booty:

Which is a great pic BUT (butt!), suspiciously similar to the pic Barbi took home the prize money with in week 19. No, we’ll never get tired of seeing fantastic booties, but it wasn’t QUITE enough to win it this week.

The other top vote getter was Fuhrer Blue, with an excellent teasing shot of her various assets and, if you look closely, a pair of pink thong panties:

So thanks a bunch to Kawaii and to all of the girls who entered this week – as long as you keep submitting great photos, we’ll keep paying out that weekly $100 cash prize!

Fast forward week 22 and 23.

Hey y’all, hold on tight, the results are coming fast and furiously this week. We are going to try to get the judging and voting done double quick so that the last few winners of the contest can get paid before Christmas so they’ll have a little extra spending cash to get something nice for someone special on their list.

Last week was week 22, December 3-9. Next week is week 23 from December 10-16. Week 24 is December 17-23, which will be awarded after Christmas because even if we award the prize to the winner’s fund at the end of business on the 23rd, she won’t be able to get paid until after Christmas anyway, so same-same.

So, today, week 22. Week 22 had the most entries of any week so far, and some of the best QUALITY entries in the whole contest! So, a few runners up:

Week 21 Tumblr contest winner!

Just in time to do a little holiday shopping, we’ve selected a winner for the MGF Tumblr contest from the week of 26 November through 2 December and awarded the $100 cash prize to her fund! This week was another difficult week as there were a lot of really great entries. Any other week, the first runner up, Kawaii, would have won for sure with this gem:

And way back in the day when we first got started and everyone who voted were huge suckers for MGF Wear pics, this one from Dixie Queen, DEFINITELY would have won.

But as the entries get better and better each week the game is stepped up and it takes something both sexy and artistic to take home the grand prize. Hence this week’s winner, long time MGF-er and Tumblr supporter, Cherry Bella.

Tumblr Contest, Week 20.

Week 20 of the Tumblr contest took place from 19 November to 25 November and we’ve got our winner. Before I spill the beans, however, I’m going to list off the finalists in no particular order, so here goes:

Tumblr winner for week 19.

Judging for week 19 was pushed back a day for Thanksgiving because you KNOW we here at MyGirlFund be loving our turkey and stuffing. But we voted and came up with a winner. This week’s winner (for the week of 12 November to 18 November) reminded a few of us of a throw back to a previous week with the inclusion of some tanlines. This week’s Tumblr contest winner is a girl who will be celebrating her 1 year anniversary on the site soon, it’s Barbidoll with her entry, ‘Tan Lined Caboose + Thong = Cash’:

I wonder if some voters are always swayed by tan lines, there seem to be a lot of them winning.

Week 18 winner, another first timer!

We’ve been doing the MyGirlFund Girls of Tumblr contest for a little over four months now, which is pretty amazing! We initially thought it would only go for a few weeks over the summer, but it’s been a lot of fun and we continue to get a lot of really great photos of the girls of MGF so, we’ll keep on until the wheels fall off.

This week’s winner has been on MGF since we were in beta and has a really great portfolio. She’s also been submitting excellent pics to Tumblr since the contest started and this week hers was clearly the best one. She goes by Vicious Vixen, and here’s her winning entry:

Week 17 winner … or WINNERS!?!

The MyGirlFund Tumblr contest has been great so far, the girls have been submitting a lot of great photos and our Tumblr has been blowing up nicely.

This week’s winner (for the week of 29 October – 4 November) is UNPRECEDENTED – it’s a tie! That’s right, two winners! We voted and voted and no matter what we came up with the same two girls kept getting equal votes on the same 4 photos! Eventually we just had to throw up our hands and say, “It’s a TIE!” So, for starters, here are the two WINNING pictures from Mary Jane at the top and Amira on the bottom:
